I had to get a jump just to come here, expecting to purchase a battery and get it installed so I could go about my day. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager. Instead of helping, she offered to jump my car “to get out of here,” which made no sense — if you’re willing to come outside to jump my car, why refuse to come outside to install the battery I was ready to buy? In the end, they turned away a paying customer over an excuse that didn’t add up. Really frustrating and unprofessional
