  The only thing wrong is the 3 percent surcharge on credit cards plus interest rate on credit card is not looking out for your customers.

  Had a great overall experience here! Tried going to another tire place beforehand, Mr Tire in Gaithersburg. I won't go into how bad it was in this review, go look at their reviews if you want bad news. I wanted to get 4 tires replaced, got a reasonable price from Bay Point, scheduled the appointment for a week later (today, Saturday). Called to confirm Friday morning the appt and that tires were there, got confirmation from Adam. Showed up 15 min early for the appt, handed them my keys and less than an hour later they are well on the way to being done. I also want to shout out Tim at the front desk, he is super helpful and friendly. Before I even scheduled the appt, when I was just getting prices from a bunch of places, Tim took the time to look at my tires, confirmed they needed to be replaced and gave me reasonable prices on a few entry level tire prices (I specifically requested entry level, I'm sure they can do higher quality tires). I hope I don't need to fix anything else about my tires for a while, but if I do, this is where I'll go. Update after completion of appt: 4 new tires, took about 2 hours. Very happy with the service, they do a free alignment check but don't actually do an alignment unless you want them to, and they give you the specific results of the check for free. Price I was quoted was honored. I asked, they don't do aluminum rim repair, but they are happy to recommend places in the area that do (they can do steel rims a lot of the time though). All in all, everything went very well, will recommend to everyone!

  My first repair with Bay Area. Went extremely well. They were very friendly and efficient. I will certainly return to them for future auto repairs when they arise.
