- VRVelvet RizerMar 15, 20265.0My car started losing power while enroute from Maryland's Eastern Shore to Cumberland Maryland on Friday. I was still over an hour away from my destination, so I pulled off at a Frederick exit. I shortly found Upper Echelon's Auto Service shop and was able to have my car's problem diagnosed. I was given an estimate and arrangements made for repair. I rented a car, continued on to Cumberland and went back the next day because my car was done and running perfectly. My hat's off to the Upper Echelon's staff, and service was phenomenal! They were utterly professional and knowledgeable! They did everything they could to get help me with my rental and to get my car back on the road. Thank you everyone at Upper Echelon's Auto Service!!
