  I arranged for an onsite windshield replacement last Thursday. The installer called me to tell me they cut out the windshield and removed it before noticing they had the wrong windshield for my truck. After a little communication they came back Friday with the correct windshield. This windshield appears to be defective. The corner is separating. There is broken glass and smeared sealant around my windshield and broken glass between the windshield and the truck. I have been trying to contact them since Friday. It is now Tuesday with no response and no phone number to call. So much for their TV commercials

  Absolutely horrible service and the manager, Mike, was extremely rude. They refused to honor a scheduled appointment because as manager Mike said “I didn’t make this appointment and this is MY shop so it runs how I want it to.” Without a doubt the most unprofessional behavior by a manager I have ever experienced.

  We had a terrible experience with Safelite! Our first appointment got cancelled because they broke the glass. I had to start over with the scheduling. Talking to a person was NOT an option! They just keep bouncing you around on the automated system. The second appointment got cancelled by the technician because it took him too long to do the job before mine. He said he would be by on Friday to do the window. Friday came and no technician. I rescheduled again(remember not able to talk to a live person) and he came. Our car has scratches on it from this and the heads-up display is off center! I do not recommend!!
