  I have been here a couple of times and I can’t begin to express how terrific they are. My most recent experience was that I had my car serviced somewhere else and the next day my tire pressure light went off. I went back to that service station and they just added air to the tires and sent me on my way. They didn’t look the tires over. Today the low pressure sensor went off again so I decided to go to Mr.Tire. They took the car in right away and told me I’d have it back in three hours (which I did). They thoroughly checked all tires and found nothing wrong but the air pressure in all tires was wrong. They put in the proper amount of air and they refused to charge me. How can you possibly beat that! If you have any service needs you should definitely try them out.

  I needed to make a last minute appointment at the Frederick location and they got me in when I was able to get there. Scheduling was super easy and the rep and technician at the location were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and they managed to resolve my issue quickly and with the utmost professionalism.

  Went to get an inspection and the guy upfront was very rude and unpleasant to me, ended up getting a call it would be over 4,000 to pass. When I saw the quote the paper said it would be 500$ to remove my tint which is ridiculous, also that my headlight was out when it was not out the night before I took it in. When I went to replace the headlight I noticed it had been unplugged and the plug was tucked behind the power steering reservoir. Do not go to this place they are very shady

  I had my tire blow out on I-70 outside of Frederick. My back tires were purchased at the same time so when I made an appointment for my tire to be fixed, we told them we wanted 2 rear tires. I had just gotten 2 front tires in Michigan for $207. We were quoted $353 which included an alignment. When we paid, we were told it was only for 1 rear tire because the other rear was okay. These tires were bought at the same time. If one blew out, the other could at any moment. We are very disappointed and will not be back.
