  Even though it wasn’t their fault, they fixed an issue from another shop who gave me a wrong tire and not the one I asked for they were really understanding and helped me get a new tire On the staff was really great and they were friendly and communicated well

  Quick response on fixing my tire. Would have appreciated if spare tire was reinstalled under vehicle.

  These guys were great! The customer service was exceptional! They worked hard to get my vehicle in on a moments notice and did an amazing job completing the repairs and inspection. I do feel like the labor cost was on the high end for the time they had it, but I have zero complaints on the customer service and actual work done on my vehicle to make me feel safe!

  While they took my vehicle in the same day I called and took only(?) 1.74 hrs to perform the job they estimated would take 1, I will be returning to get both caster #s within specification once my shim nuts arrive, which they didn't even recommend it needed. The alignment tech simply complained that the nuts should've been marked before any leveling kit was installed, though installing anything should render the previous nut locations useless. Which is why I came in the first place. For the $150 price, hopefully providing precision hardware should help them get it in spec.
