  I went here after a collision 3 years ago and my car has never been the same. They held onto it for three months and hardly ever communicated with me. When I finally went to pick it up the key was in the ignition with all interior lights on, radio, etc. I never left a review at that time so now I am. Make your own choice but this business doesn't care about you or your car unless you know the owners family personally.

  Zamora’s did a great job on my Palisade! I was really upset that my new car got hit and I was worried that it wouldn’t look the same again but it looks just like new. They communicated throughout the entire process, worked with insurance when there was a supplement, took care of getting the rental car to me and back, and I got my car back sooner than expected. Couldn’t be happier.

  I had the pleasure of getting my BMW 850i repaired at this facility in Frederick MD. The blonde woman with glasses in reception desk remembered everything about my vehicle and who I was waiting on to assist me. She is amazing. My project manager Cody Smith was very knowledgeable of the my vehicle and requirements needed to complete the repair, through assessment and quote. Cody knew who to pull and how to assign the right person for my job. Cody assigned his best guy to provide me with the best possible outcome. The technician and Cody explained how they were going to fix the vehicle and exactly when I would receive it back. This technician who I found out later is great with glass installation, was extremely well versed on the bumper repair I needed I'm more than satisfied. Please thank him for me. In conclusion Zamora auto body is the best in Maryland, because of people like Cody Smith, Carla, and the professional blonde woman who greats you with a smile and knows her stuff. All of these fine individuals made my vehicle better than it was before I brought it there. Thank you CEO and management of Zamora's auto body shop! Marvin D

  Exceptional service on every level! As one of those people who doesn't know anything about cars, it's overwhelming and nerve-wracking to have to deal with anything related to my car. I don't know what I need and don't need and I worry about being taken advantage of. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Zamora's. It was a truly delightful experience from my first phone call through picking up my Palisade (which looks brand new!). Every single person I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company and Enterprise to bring the rental car to Zamora's. The communication throughout was proactive, clear and transparent. There were no surprises, they never dragged their feet, the work was done right and done on time. I truly felt taken care of and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  I recently took my car to Zamora's Body Shop for an estimate on damages after being rear-ended, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and truly exceptional. Exceptional Service and Communication: Right from the initial contact for the estimate, they were incredibly friendly and professional. They had availability right away, which was a huge relief. The staff was detailed in showing me exactly what repairs would be done and patiently answered all my questions. When I dropped off the car, the same high level of service continued. They called me with updates on the repair status and gave an estimated completion time that was met exactly as promised. The Finished Product: My car looks absolutely awesome! The repair work is flawless. However, the biggest and most delightful surprise was picking up my vehicle and finding it had been completely cleaned inside and out! I was planning to take it to the car wash that same day, and they had already cleaned it better than when I left it. This level of attention to detail and care for the customer is truly rare. Professional and Kind Staff: Everyone I interacted with, from the ladies at the front desk to the gentleman handling my estimate, was extremely professional, kind, and informative. It was a wonderful experience overall. If you need a body shop, look no further than Zamora's. Thank you so much for the wonderful work, guys! I will absolutely recommend you to all my friends and family.
