Girlfriend left review about the tire on van I had someone from service call me today and I go to call back 2 minutes later no answer so i left a message no call back really poor communication the money guy really sold me on the tire protection now I've had a problem for over 2 oil change and everytime we set the appointment the guy that does tire conviently not there even tho I told them about it when I made the appointment now there telling me because the tire are old they won't do nothing but he was going to check with him to make sure never received the follow up call one po customer

I am beyond frustrated with Younger Nissan. When I bought my van, I was talked into an extra tire service plan after being told it would cover any wear and tear, nail damage, and dry rot. That turned out to be completely misleading.
I’ve been in multiple times over the last month or two, and every time the service department tells me they need to check with someone because they’ve “never heard of this coverage.” No one ever calls back. I’ve followed up more times than I can count.
Now I’m being told the tires are too far gone to replace and I’ll have to buy new ones anyway—which wouldn’t be the case if they had honored the service when I first came in. I still have not heard back from anyone with an explanation or resolution.
This feels like false promises and terrible follow-through. Once they have your money, good luck getting any help.

I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and service I received. Frank was amazing at showing us the vehicle and making sure it had all the qualities we were looking for. Paige in finance was exceptional to work with! Breaking down each figure, warranties, add-on packages, etc. in a way that made it easy to comprehend all while trying to keep us around the monthly payments we were looking for. That was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car, and the people we interacted with were a huge part of it! Frank Cordova was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure — just honest answers, clear explanations, and someone who truly wanted to help me find the right vehicle. Joey Johnson was just as impressive. He stepped in seamlessly when needed and made sure everything stayed smooth and stress-free. The communication throughout the entire process was top-tier.

I really loved this place. They have a great staff. All of the employees I met with were great. Diego Ortiz, Rob Harley, Paige Nicolao, and Joey Johnson were wonderful to work with. I even met with a Cashier who took my down payment. Even they greeted me with a smile. All the staff was playful and fun. We had a great time and I could tell that this is a place where everyone enjoys coming to work. I was walked around and introduced to the service department as well. They have every award you could think of. The service manager Jesse Carreno even came out and greeted me. I have never been treated this well at a business before in my life. I am genuinely excited to bring my vehicle back in for service! Thank you Younger Nissan team for giving me a reason to leave a review!
