To say that I'm a satisfied customer would be an understatement. I was totally blown away with the level of service I received from Younger Nissan. My whole experience with them from first contact to delivery at my door was less than forty-eight hours and very pleasant all the way through.
Andre was very pleasant to converse with. Paige was amazingly professional, but kind and caring. She kept me updated through every step of the process and even let me know when the delivery team was 45 minutes out. A special thank you to Adam for arranging delivery so quickly :)
I wasn't looking for this dealership but am truly grateful I found them. I will highly recommend them to family and friends in the future.

JOE IN SERVICE DEPT saved my life 2x!! First in February 2025, I brought my 2019 Pathfinder in because it was make an awful grinding noise. First place I took it too said to take it to the dealership to troubleshoot, of course, after $500 in unsuccessful repairs! :/ JOE said he'd need a couple of hours to pinpoint the issue. A couple hours later he spoke to me in the waiting lounge. JOE said I needed a new drive shaft ($$), front right controller arm, plus something else I can't remember now. $8,000! I was in complete shock. I didn't have the money! I mumbled I just got the car 3 years ago from CarMax. He asked if I got a warranty. I couldn't remember. He said he'd call CarMax and find out. I did buy a warranty! A top tier warranty! I only had to pay a $200 deductible! OMG! In addition, JOE said to come back before the odometer hit 140k which was the end of my warranty. So one week ago, I called JOE and said I'm at 138k! I brought it in and mentioned the transmission made a chugging sound below 20mph. JOE's team looked my Pathfinder over. I need a new transmission and a couple other things! OMG! The second time JOE saved my life! This repair was $7,000! Because of JOE, $15,000 of repairs only cost me $400 out of pocket. I also replaced my front pads and rotors and got an oil change. So my overall bill was just shy of $800. I explained I'm one of those unpaid furloughed government workers, and JOE put me onto an installment plan provider so I could spread the payments out over 6 months! Such a stress relief when I am struggling to pay the rent, utilities and groceries as a single dad with a 12 year old daughter by Ubering during the shutdown. JOE IS A ROCKSTAR! BEFORE ANYBODY RANDOM GRABS YOU UP IN THE SERVICE DEPT, ASK FOR JOE! TELL JOE MICHAEL SENT YOU! ;) JOE, if you see this brother, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU so much for everything you did this year for me! You will ALWAYS be inside my CIRCLE OF TRUST brother! God bless you!
