Technician had my car for an hour before letting me know he had a broken bracket on the new windshield. Never even removed my windshield. What on earth did he do all that time? I had to pay a $100 cancelation fee for an appointment I had afterwards to install protective film on it. I asked Safelite for some sort of credit because I lost that money because of them. “Sorry. Vendor issue. Not our problem” Rescheduled appointment? Got my car back making an awful noise coming from the dashboard. Regardless of it not having anything to do with the windshield, MY CAR WASNT MAKING THIS NOISE before the windshield replacement. It’s a shame you can’t attach videos to the reviews. Now I’m going to have to take the car to get diagnosed and waste more time and money. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your glass repair needs.

It's not part of what they have to do, but they made it happen and I was grateful for that. Also to be pointed toward a nice breakfast place I could walk to while the work was being done.
