I called NTB since that's where I bought my tires from. They told me to just come in the next morning, no appointment needed. They diagnosed my issue and fixed me up right away and didn't charge me. Apparently, I was told the tire had come loose from the rim, which confused me a bit. I had an appointment in Rockville so I drove a lot that day. In the afternoon, my low pressure alert came on again, so back to NTB I went. They took my car in right away and determined that I needed a new tire valve which they replaced immediately, again with no charge, but an apology that they didn't see it the first time. Overall, I am pleased with the service I got and I appreciated that I wasn't charged, especially since I had to bring it back. Will definitely continue going there for regular tire maintenance.
