She was honest and also gave me a discount due to the repairs not being done same day. Wound up getting an oil change and tire rotation while they were at it. Professional, accountable, and customer-focused from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience at the Route 40 location was the opposite. Tires were mounted without checking or programming the TPMS sensors, and I was told to “figure it out” on my own. That level of service is unacceptable, and I will not return to that location. If you’re in Frederick and value competence and integrity, the Kingfisher store is where you should go for tires and service. John, Bryce, and Kenneth stepped in, took ownership, and made the situation right. Because of them, they’ve earned my trust—and my business for life.
