  Extremely unprofessional conversation among the front desk person and service person regarding service personnel competence that was easily audible for customers. This went on repeatedly over 30 minutes. Terrible to listen to and left me quwhy I would ever go there again.

  I came in close to closing time, James & Elijah insured me that i will still get taken care of and they kept their promise!! They were a great help and i will definitely return if i have any other tire issues. Fastest service and nice genuine people!

  I was disappointed at the end, reason for it when I came in my tire sensor were working and they gave me the car back none of them were working, the agent claims that they were not working but that is not true, they could have said something before they installed the new tires but did not and wanted to charge me again for taking the tires up and balancing and replacing the sensor. I ask the agent that I felt that was not right and he said well do you want us to replace it yes or no because there is no point of arguing he said well at that point I understood there was nothing for me to do at your Store and will take my business somewhere else that I can trust.

  Horrible experience, very overpriced, CUSTOMER BEWARE! Please do not take your car to these people. Whatever you take your car in for, they will find something else wrong with it guaranteed! And a lot of times they won't work on your original problem until you fix the problem they found, whether that problem is there or not. It took them 4 hours just to mount and balance tires tires! As I'm waiting, I went for a walk. During that time I got a call that they didn't have the right tool to take the rims off my truck. I had to go to AutoZone and purchase the tool and bring it to them. What kind of mechanic doesn't have the tools needed to remove rims and tires AT A TIRE SHOP!!! I was supposed to get an alignment but they told me my front end was too sloppy and I needed to replace all the parts. I work on my own cars and the only reason I take my cars to places like this is because I don't have a tire machine to mount and balance tires. I'm glad they didn't align my car because it saved me over $200 and I will just do it myself. I would suggest going across the street to National Tire and Battery much better prices and much better customer service. The 4 hours I was there I must have heard them talk to a dozen people, they told each one of them that they could not fix the problem they brought their car in for originally because something else was wrong with their car and they had to fix that first. One person came in for a patch on a tire and they ended up telling them they needed to replace both tires and it would be over $600. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
