  Elijah and team saved me this morning. My car started to make a noise while on my way to work, the team here took care of me quickly and had me on my way within the hour. Super friendly. Very helpful. 10/10.

  Had a great experience at this location today . I think he was the manager ? Mr Dorwin . I needed a pair of tires and there is about a dozen places in a 2 mile strip there. Stopped at a few price shopping and Dorwin took great care of me. Beat everyone on price. I am in the industry for over 25 years. This was a last minute need for a md inspection and he went above and beyond. Took care of my needs. Was done when he said would be done and price was not to be beat. Great communication and customer service all around.

  Went there to get new tires, they messed up my rim by RUSHING! The guy there told me he would have the manger call me the next day because he wasn’t there that day. I never received a call, so I called. The guy on the phone was super nice until I told him about my problem… he put me on hold for idk 10 minutes and at that point I hung up. I tried calling again and no answer. Another time.. NO ANSWER. I then called the Mr.Tire over on 85. Talk to the manager there, super nice.. I thought anyways. He told me to come in and to take a look. He then told me he would order a new rim and it would take a week to two weeks for it to get here. NEVER GOT A CALL OR ANYTHING. Now I’m thinking how am I going to get a new $1,000 rim that THEY MESSED UP. Legal action I guess.

  Everyone was very helpful and they got me in pretty quick I had just gotten a flat and had spare put on and drove to there shop and got in quick with no problem the staff in the front very helpful

  Since I was given several options from the person who answered the phone on Friday, I made an appointment for Saturday to have my oil changed at 12 noon. We arrived early and left the car for what should have been no longer than 1 hour 30 minutes with an appointment, according to another Mr. Tire location. After approximately 2 hours, my husband called and was told it would not be ready until 4 or 5 pm. So, I called and ask what was the point of making an appointment. I was rudely told that 15 other appointments were made online over night and they had 3 vehicles dropped off that morning and no one was getting special treatment. So, how is it determined what vehicle receive service first? Appointment clearly doesn't matter! We went back around 3 pm and our car was still parked in the same spot. We asked for our key back and left.
