So, I decided to drive down to Fredrick and after 45 mins I was told that they did not have my oil filter in stock, I was going to try another place as my confidence completely faded at this point. However, I could not as my oil had already been drained... So, they let me know that it would be 20 more mins before the filter arrived. Anyway, after going back and forth asking when the filter will arrive, all in all it took over 2 hours from start to finish. They were generous, gave me an extra 5 dollars off along the $20 off coupon l brought in.

I had my car serviced this morning and the staff could not have been more professional, competent, and completed the task in a timely manner. After talking with a long time customer while waitiing for my car, it was an easy decision to make and I will be returning to Jiffy Lube to have my car serviced twice a year.
