- TETom EricssonMay 1, 20245.0Over the phone Intoxalock quoted me an installation price of $175. Then my local authorized installer quoted me an installation price of $199. Then when my unit was actually installed I was billed $299 and told to contact Intoxalock for a $100 rebate coupon. The unit is installed and it works well. I'm glad to be able to drive. I was not very happy that it cost $124 more than my original quote. After I posted a rather negative review and left chat messages on Intoxalock's web site I was contacted that very same day by an extremely helpful member of their support staff. The $100 rebate and was handled and the extra $24 was also taken care of and then some! It's very nice to receive such prompt and courteous customer service. Thanks to Isaias for his help.
