My wife’s Elantra is 8 years old, and the paint began chipping as early as years 2–3. Over the years, multiple Hyundai dealerships were unhelpful and led us to dead ends. This year, Hyundai released a warranty notice acknowledging this as a factory issue and approved repairs for eligible vehicles. With the warranty nearly expiring, we contacted Ideal Hyundai as a last attempt—and the experience was completely different from day one. Jessica and her associates were incredibly supportive and proactive. They took photos of the paint damage, handled the approval process with Hyundai, and even coordinated with an external body shop since they don’t have one on-site. Despite the tight timeline, they secured the repair before the warranty deadline, provided us with a loaner car, and the body shop did an excellent job on the repaint. The entire repair was covered under warranty, yet we were treated far beyond expectations. Ideal Hyundai truly cares about their customers, and they’ve definitely earned our trust. We are now loyal customers and will only use Ideal Hyundai going forward.
