  I just bought a 2026 Tucson Limited at Ideal. My sales person, Abhi, was great; he really looked out for me and kept me up to date concerning when my car would be delivered. He handled his part in the sale efficiently; has never tired of answering my questions concerning aspects of the sales (I bought my previous Tucson from him, too) or how to use certain features. Dennis and Bill were great, too. They handled their parts well. They all combined to make it a good experience. I walked out feeling very happy with my purchase.

  Just purchased a Tucson Hybrid. I went to Ideal Hyundai because advertising indicated that they were offering 0% financing. However, when I decided upon the hybrid model, I was told that 0% was only for gasoline models. That should have been a red flag, but I decided to go through with the purchase anyway. Then, a week later, I receive a marketing email offering 0% on the hybrid model. When I called asking them to adjust my rate I was refused. My salesperson, LUIS REYES, was fabulous, and had nothing to do with this unethical practice. I highly recommend him. But because management refuses to make this situation right, I suggest being very careful about purchasing from Ideal Hyundai. They could fix this problem but choose not to. They could prioritize customer satisfaction over corporate profit but choose not to. Beware.
