So I bought it and brought to Toyota service for diagnose and repair, which costed me more than 800 usd. But after that they became very irresponsible, the salesman did not want to follow up my case and asked me to contact the sales manager for reimbursement. I reached out to the sales manager, but he never answered my call and message. Every time I stopped by the dealer, he always promised me to follow up and would let me know if the check is ready. It has been several months later since I submit the reimbursement. I am so disappointed with the post-purchase service, they only value you as a customer when you are about to pay. It is not a fair business.
