  This is one if the best rental car locations I've ever had the privilege of using. Professional, kind, responsive, and they go above and beyond. The entire staff exceeds expectations.

  While I think its a bad practice to allow you to reserve a vehicle class and not have it available when you pick up, this review isn't about Enterprise's reservation policies. I want to give credit where credit is due, and that's Andy K's customer service. I reserved a premium elite suv class vehicle for a long road trip, when I got there I found out they didnt have anything comparable so I had to wait(not too long) for a vehicle to come in. I got a base model dodge durango which I found pretty uncomfortable. I tried to swap it out at different airport Enterprise locations near our destination, with no luck, as the holiday season rush was already in effect. Suffice to say the rental we had for the holiday sucked. When I came back to return the vehicle, I expressed my complaints to Andy K, the branch manager. He listened and made sure to right what I felt was wrong. He made it very clear that he was still interested in my continued business. I hope Enterprise corporate will make note and recognize Andy for his professionalism and excellent customer service.

  The worst place to rent a car from. Zero customer service and very rude staff. Good luck if they don't hang up on you 100 times on purpose. Go to other branches and avoid this branch they are horrible and will manually call you on phone to charge you extra money for a discount the system issues to you or credits you towards your rental and not send a receipt to reflect the charge. Security deposit refund is another issue. Terrible .

  I rented a 15 passenger packer for 3 days and returned it to the same location after hours and closed out my final bill. Not only did I fill up the tab when I picked up half full, they charged me $223???a few days later without any advance notice oror whatsoever claiming that the car required detailing by a third party vendor and that their internal car wash crew couldn’t clean the vehicle in house. I told them that we rode the vehicle with a bunch of kids and they had candy wraps, bag of chips and snacks that they left behind. Had someone from their team reached out and told me or least inspected the vehicle with me I would taken care of that if I knew that was going to be an issue. But the fact that they’re claiming that it was too excessive and that it required third party detailing is totally bogus. They have no proof or picture of whatsoever. That’s bad business. The trash in that car could have been hand picked and I would have done it had it not being for the extreme cold that night. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I would have been better off renting from the Buckeystown location
