All they had was a small compact. I asked if it was possible for me to come back at another time to switch out. I was told to come back next day when more inventory would be available. They made it right. The next day I was able to trade out for a midsized sedan.

The first vehicle they gave us, the passenger seat belt buckle wouldn't click, it was broken, second vehicle they gave us on literally 1/8 tank of gas and it was filthy on the inside, the third vehicle they said was just cleaned but if that's what they call clean, I can assure you I'm never renting from this location again.

I want to thank Yasmine, Zach, and Liz for helping track down where the vehicle had gotten to. It was in Mt Airy, so they called ahead and asked that location to retrieve the pass & I went there to pick it up. Thank you all !!
