Out of nowhere, they forced me to return the car—claiming it needed an oil change. Fine. But then they blindsided me with a $250 cleaning fee, falsely claiming my dog went to the bathroom in the vehicle (she absolutely did NOT), and that the dog hair somehow “destroyed” the car. Let’s be clear: instead of offering the basic courtesy of asking me to bring the car back clean, they jumped straight to charging me a ridiculous fee and spinning a story that simply isn’t true. It was lazy, dishonest, and unprofessional. To top it off, this whole situation embarrassed me in front of my employer—the one who pays for these rentals. I looked like I trashed the vehicle when I didn’t. This branch made me look like a fool and took zero accountability. Their idea of “compensation”? Offering to get me a better car next time. That’s laughable. To be clear: this is a multiple K$ contract over 6 months. Treating high end long term customers like this is unacceptable. Especially when professional cleaning costs $100 max! Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to, overcharged, and treated with zero respect. EDIT after response by the branch: I have already talked to your manager Andy who hanged up on me. The inconvenience is real and your behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Since then, I've checked and a 5 star full cleaning is about $85. So it's basically ripping me off.

She helpedg me pick out the perfect car, got me going quickly, and made the counter experience totally painless (I would say even enjoyable). When I brought the rental back, she remembered who I was, which car I rented, which made me feel like a valued customer. The rest of the staff was great too and I had an awesome experience overall. I would absolutely recommend renting at this location and kudos to Yasmine once again for taking such good care of me. Great job & thank you guys! Best, Gary
