  Excellent customer service!! I rented a car for a week for out of state holiday travel and it was so seamless start to finish. The staff and management really took care of me to make sure I was comfortable with the car I rented, made sure I understood all the terms, and helped me get home safe when I dropped it off. Above and beyond. This is the first time I rented a car personally from them, but have previously a couple other times thru insurance claims, and its been the same level of care and communication from this location every time.

  Terrible service. The manager is very rude disrespectful. My father was going to exchange out his rental and he would have been very rude police that got involved demanding his rental keys and wouldn’t let him leave very very bad service unprofessional.

  The car we got was not the one we rented for some mechanical issue, instead they gave us a super comfortable and luxurious one that meet all our expectations, we returned the car late due to the weather and Nolan the manager was very respectful and helpful, he understood the situation, is the third time I rent a car with Enterprise and I definitely love the service, 100% recommend them.

  Terrible attitude, terrible experience. Went to pick up a reservation my manager had made for a work event that had been confirmed for pick up for 1:30p today, got there at 1:15 and was told the place was closed. The employee Nolan was rude and dismissive, and when I told him we'd confirmed for pick him at 1:30 he said "I don't know who told you that since we closed at 1." He then said that I needed to use a physical card to pay for the reservation when my manager had confirmed when booking that we could use her card info at pickup. When my husband and I decided to leave due to his terrible attitude, Nolan told us to "get out." Absolutely terrible experience and would never come here again. Worst customer service I've ever had.

  Worst customer service I've ever received. We came to pick a car on Saturday around 1 PM after we confirmed with them that we can pick it up anytime after 12. Nolan had nothing but bad attitude and was very rude to my wife just because we showed up at 1. After explaining to him that it's a company reservation that was booked by our manager and our manager confirmed with Enterprise that we can pick it up. Nolan asked for our manager's driver's license, and wouldn't accept mine. He also asked for a physical credit card, even though we have our company's card information that he can simply put in. But I guess that's too complicated for him to understand, what else can you expect from an incompetent person who's very clearly hates his job and the customers. Oh, he told us "get out" after we got fed up with his bad attitude and passive aggressive behavior. I'll never do business again with this location, if they hire such people they definitely don't care about their customers.
