I experienced the WORST customer service this evening, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the AutoZone on Monocacy Blvd. The assistant manager there was rude, dismissive and directly lied about company policy. I verified her information with the store on West Patrick Street while still at the Monocacy Blvd store and then proceeded to the store on West Patrick Street where they confirmed that she had lied directly to me and my husband about company policy. The employees at the West Patrick were EXCELLENT!! Don’t shop at Monocacy Blvd store! Buyer beware!
