Really disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I ordered oil and a funnel online (since I lost my wallet and had to use a virtual card), but when I arrived, the funnel wasn’t actually in stock. The employee’s only solution was to refund it and suggest I buy a more expensive one—even after I explained I had no way to pay in-store.
He then made a comment, “I’m seeing a trend here,” which felt unnecessary and dismissive, especially since I was already having a tough day. There were multiple employees present, but no one offered to help with something as simple as putting the oil in my car, which I explained I didn’t know how to do.
Overall, the lack of empathy and basic customer service was really disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Very bad service in providing info.
When called for part , they said it is not available in store and in entire company. Then I checked on line, it was available in other store. So I called again to them. They ordered and said part will Come in one day. When called next day, it did not come and told me that we will text or call you when arrives.
Never heard. I called on 3 rd day and they said it did not come yet. So I talked to manager and part was sitting their store.
They don't know what they are doing and looks like they don't care. Upper management give them some training.
Didn’t say hi or anything when I walked in straight up ignored me
i went in after making an online order, the first employee told me they were “looking for it” then waited 10 minutes without seeing him again. a man and a girl he must have been training came up, did not acknowledge me and started working on the computer about “refunding an order we dont have” while i was standing there the whole time, turns out it was my order. i could have saved standing there for so long if they had asked if i had been helped yet off the bat. went to advance autoparts after and they had what i needed and with much better service

if I could rate NO stars I would! I am highly disappointed I placed a same - day delivery order in which it was stolen by the driver - I proceed to contact the store and they told me to come get another one or refund . When I arrived I waited patiently in line wasn’t rude nor disrespectful I get to the front of the line the dark skin gentleman who had a black cap on his head with a red shirt told me wait for the manager ( I stood around and waited ) as im waiting I see him and the other coworker with the long dreads and black sweater on laughing “ it said it was delivered at her door “ in which it wasn’t! who lies about TAPE??! … I still was patient and respectful the guy with the long dreads decided to come over and assist me but did NOT ASK ANY QUESTIONS started telling me if it was thru a 3rd party they can’t help me but NEVER ASKED and when I told it wasn’t he said “ that’s what I just asked you “ I was on the phone with my wife and she even heard and recorded the conversation! which he was nasty about … then tells me just go get the tape and I did after that I did NOT want his help anymore how can you be rude to someone about something that was out of my control? If you don’t like the JOB DONT WORK IT but to be nasty and rude to a customer left
Me highly disappointed. I was laughed at and talked anyway … I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE because that was just disgusting behavior.
