First of all, they gave me a different car than the one I had rented. Second, I had to pay for an extra day because they closed the office before their supposed closing time. I arrived late but within business hours due to traffic, and when I got there, they were already in their cars and leaving the parking lot.

I made a reservation about a week in advance. Checked in and paid on the website for rental. A message was left for me to call the manager Mr. Walker because they did not have the vehicle I reserved. I called Mr. Walker he was extremely unprofessional. I could not ask questions or get a word in edgewise. Although I paid for my reservation and checked in I asked for another option besides the downgrade and I was told I’m not renting today. He hung up. Mr. Walker needs training in customer service.
