  I had our vehicle towed in to Nelson's over the weekend, while closed and without an appointment, they started work on it on Monday.They went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and gave us options to address any repairs. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to all.

  Been using Nelson's for years now. Getting work done well is important, what's even more important is when options are presented that save you money at their expense. Honestly and transparency is more important than any one repair bill. The team has always been fair, upfront and honest. I appreciate that more than high quality work we always get. Incredible team. We drive 30 minutes to have them do the work on our cars because of that trust.

  10/10 would recommend Nelson's Service Center. After a minor auto accident that wasn't my fault, Steve got me back up and running good as ever. And worked with my insurance provider to get everything situated for payment. Great business. Service oriented.

  Fifth experience with Nelson’s. Love the service, honesty, and communication. Steve is excellent to deal with, checked carfax to verify previous services. Didn’t perform services that weren’t needed. Highly recommend
