  Today, March 11th, my car started making a horrible rattling noise while I was driving home on the beltway in my newly purchased used car from Carvana. When I got home, I did a quick check underneath and noticed a piece of metal hanging down. I immediately looked at Carvana’s list of in-network repair services, and the first one I chose was this Mr. Tire location. I was able to get an appointment within an hour. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who immediately knew what the issue was after I showed him a photo (a loose splash shield). Within 15 minutes, my car was fixed and I was back on the road. Even the service tech who repaired my car gave me some great advice about the issue I was experiencing. It’s rare to receive this kind of quick, friendly, and helpful service, I truly appreciated the experience, and I’m really glad Carvana partnered with this location.

  Fallston Mr Tire was great. Not only did they have the trailer tire that other dealers lacked and mounted it while I waited, but they also solved two other automotive problems: They recommended that I paint my rusty trailer hub and offered to remove and remount the tire without charge while I painted it. They also introduced me to a TPMS product sold on Amazon that works better than the ones inside the tire. They were exceptionally helpful even for problems that don't generate sales.

  Well had an appointment and it was scheduled for 730 am they didn’t start on the tires until 1130 am and got done at 330 pm. Then when checking out the email from the website was saying it would cost one price but then it went up over $300. When asked what happened they said the price on the website was wrong and then they added other fees. I would not recommend going to this store, seems super shady.

  I scheduled two appointments for that day. One for my mom and one for myself. I purchased four tires, an alignment for my car and two tires and alignment for my mom. The fellow at the front said it would be a while because there’s only one tech. Why in the world would you only have one person on a Saturday? Why would it have taken so long for the front desk person to go help the one tech? Then told me the tire size was wrong after 2 hours of sitting there then took another 2 and a half hours for mine to be done and almost three for my moms to be done. They didn’t ask us to confirm the spelling of our names and input our information in wrong. They gave my mom the wrong paperwork so I had to stop in the next day to pick it up. The man when I picked up sat in his little office and talked to me from there. I never saw his face until he came out to print the paperwork. I would have saved money going to the dealership. When the tire size was wrong, I then had to pay more money. Almost $2000 and horrible service.

  I bought 4 new tires and had all wheels aligned had to come back 4 times…tires were leaking air from the stems and car pulls to the right went to another Mr.tire and they showed me the alignment was not done properly and that 2 of my tires were leaking air still from the stems just left the fallston location said they did another alignment car is still pulling to the right and my car didn’t even pull to any side before all of this 586$ and it’s still not correct and when I talked to the mechanic he had excuses for everything and then walked away and told me the manager was not there and didn’t even try to help me I will not be returning pretty sad when you have to go to another location and they tell you they always have to fix fallstons mistakes and for me to not go back there
