I was in a car accident the night before last yesterday early afternoon. My insurance company set up an appointment and an approval for a rental I called enterprise company after closing. It was at 2:30 when I called and then they reserved me a midsize SUV. I called this morning to double verify before I show up because I don’t have a car and I have to get And they said they don’t have a car for me apparently they overbooked over 30 cars that they don’t have and apparently to make matters worse. Their service department is down on the weekends closed. Their entire business is a car business. It makes no sense that their service department would be closed Considering the weekends are probably their busiest times. Why am I so able to book a car today when apparently you have no availability today something is wrong with the online structure and something is wrong with the structure of hours for the store. I had to Get a ride all the way to Towson to get a rental because this place cannot accommodate me even though all the boxes were checked for me to be accommodated. Corporate really needs to handle this correctly because I know the people who just work in the store can’t control anything. They just clock in and try to do the best they can but my life is already flipped upside down With this car accident and I really needed help. I will never book here again.

The manager always checks in either on pick up or return to make sure everything is good. The staff at Fallston MD is always very pleasant to work with and helpful in making sure I have a great experience. I send anyone I can to this branch if they need a rental. If i have an issue, I bring it to the staffs attention and it gets taken care of right away. I look foward to continuing to rent all my vehicles at the Fallston MD branch.

This location also always has a great selection of vehicles to rent from and makes the process easy as can be. A+ and will continue to rent from them!
