  Great experience from start to finish at the Essex location. The entire team was friendly and professional—from the gentleman preparing and cleaning the car, who was personable and helpful, to the manager who walked me through everything clearly at pickup. Drop-off was just as smooth, with another team member who was very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall, excellent customer service all around!

  I had a reservation for a mid-size SUV. They tried to put me into a subcompact SUV. When I complained, I was told that I could “wait around and see if anything else shows up”. That is not showing respect for your customers needs. They “found” a compact SUV (still not the mid-size SUV I requested at reservation) on their lot before I left so I took that. I understand that they don’t always have complete control over what’s on their lot but I did not feel like they made an effort to accommodate my reservation. Offering to take me to (or at least attempt to find) a location that had a mid-size SUV available would have been the professional solution.

  So I’ve always rented my truck here numerous times. This short & I mean very short white guy tried charging me 900$ for a rental today. The new black guy with glasses was giving me a great deal for insurance. He literally had the deal set up the short guy says no we’re not doing that …My ride was a F150 pick up !! So to say the least I goes to pay With a Bank of America card , this short head guy says we don’t take that at all because it says visa/debit on it. Okay I calls another enterprise shout out to her up the street !!! She said yes we do take them I’m not sure why he told you no !!! She did state it maybe due to the size but assured me they take my card !!! mind you I’ve booked previously!!! This short ninja mad because a female (me) was driving the truck !! Never had an issue with this location til now & I’ve never been discriminated by someone a foot tall in my life like the audacity of you 😅
