I already have issues with the Rosedale location because even for a simple oil change some thing else happens. This was my first and last time at the Essex location. I went in for a wheel alignment and oil change last week. After a few days, my car started to make a weird noise especially when I started to accelerate. By the end of this week, I had no oil in my car because it had leaked out all over the driveway. When I tried to drive it, my car would lock up. I called Mr. tire to rectify the situation, but I had to push for each item. I had to push for a tow truck to be brought because I was not trusting the fact that putting oil in the car would help to drive it to that location and I had to push for help getting back to my car once it was fixed. I am hoping that my car is finally fixed today but since the last time it took about a few days to a week to start showing issues. I’m not holding my breath. There a reason as to why all of my oil leaked out was a manufacturing issue with an O-ring. If that’s the case, I hope that everyone that has gotten an oil change recently with them does not go through what I went through. Make sure you thoroughly check your car if you still decide to go here. With the Rosedale location, I know do not have a glove box that opens easily because I took it in for an oil change. I have no idea what my glove box has to do with an oil change but beware and pay attention to your car. I was told that they would make sure my driveway was power washed and cleaned but Mr. Tire has become extremely silent. I am extremely unhappy with their services.
