    I always had a great experience renting from Enterprise. I didn’t have any issues with the customer service but the rental I received was not properly serviced or maintained. Tires were low on pressure and none of the interior lights worked.

    The worker that picked me up was pleasant, but after driving vehicle for a day had to exchange for smaller one. When I needed to turn vehicle in I called they left me on hold 26min. I heard them constantly pick up my call than immediately put me back on hold. My time is as precious as theirs.
