    The service is always top notch and the employees are always friendly and they treat their costumers like family. If you need anything for your vehicle come to Auto Zone store number 1891 on Eastern in Essex the prices are fair and the store is well stocked.

    There's an African American guy that works in the Essex location, 725 Eastern Blvd. My brother in law and father in law have been there at least 3 times in the past few days due to a battery/alternator issue on my FIL's 2018 Nissan Rogue SV. Now its not about race. It's never about race with me, I don't care if you're purple, pink or blue. Respect is earned not given and I've been taught that since a little girl. I always try my best to have manners and a conscious, so no this isn't about a white girl complaining about a black guy. It's about professionalism and integrity when you're supposed to take pride in where you work. If you don't like your job or start to get disrespectful to the patrons of your company, that's uncalled for and disciplinary actions should follow suit. He was very unprofessional and told my FIL, "I told you 10 times, no." Then the other day when my brother in law was in there regarding the battery, and getting a new battery, the gentleman behind the counter was the same guy and he was giving a great big attitude like we're doing him a disservice by coming in as customers to get parts to fix our only means of transportation.
