  I came here to have a small door ding in my rear driver's side door repaired. It was originally supposed to take 3 days. Well they had the car almost 2 weeks. When I went to pick up the truck,they didn't paint the entire door. Said the part that wasn't painted was where the tape covered. So after that bs explanation I went to leave but after starting my truck there was a check engine light on that was not on when it arrived. The employee then told me that light was on when it arrived which is a complete lie. After talking to another employee he then informed me that the light was on because of a door module and I said well what does that have to do with anything apparently they had to take the door panel off on the truck for some reason again I think this is also a BS so then they take the truck in the back to fix the apparent door module light that's making the check engine light come on which I've never heard of in my entire life to bring my truck out 5 minutes later and say everything is all fixed which I know they just went back there and cleared anything that was a code with a scanner. After making a perfectly clear that if this check engine light comes back on after the computer resets I will be bringing back the truck. I can honestly say this is the first and last time I will ever use their services unless my light comes back on that was not on when I dropped it off. The other guy that dealt with was pretty cool but the initial person who told me that the check engine light who spoke with a foreign accent definitely should not be dealing with any customers especially if he's going to lie blatantly to their face to avoid any fault that they could have possibly did something wrong. And not to mention they didn't even paint the entire door like they charged the insurance company for . Unbelievable experience all around. The only good part about the whole situation was the nice lady at the desk.

  The Body Shop did an exemplary job. They particularly gave me a new car. Their attention to detail is off the charts. Thank you, Autobody Evolution-Essex. And thank you, GEICO. This is a prime example of what happens when businesses network with each other. This new system works. And most powerful of all I am thankful to God and my country the USA where there is more of us than them. Where We Go One We Go All. Let's all work together to make America a better place for everyone. The mechanics are thorough, gifted and talented and take pride in their work. Excellence is their signature work. The staff is friendly. There's plenty of parking outside in the parking lot. There's coffee and tea inside and a television for your pleasure. The bathroom is clean. We need more body shops like Autobody Evolution- Essex. They are on to something a good something. An example of the concept "Our Work Will Speak For Itself". Again thank you. I'm very happy now. When I found out my car got a hit, I was grateful to God I was not in it. And when I got back the car and it looked brand new, what can I possibly say but thank you. And thank you is an action word so I am writing this review to show the business and the employees my gratitude. I see them. I appreciate their hard work and attention to details. This business should be patronize. If you got a hit and your car was damaged, by the time you get back your vehicle, you will be very happy. They did something very good from the awful hit push and "body slam ' suffered to my vehicle, parked on the government road. Thank you 👍 and for all that I give you my 5 Stars of Excellence.

  I had the best service at Autobody Evolution. My insurance company recommended this shop after my car was side swiped in a parking lot with no information. From the minute I stepped in the front door the young lady behind the counter was so professional and very respectful. The owner went out to look at my car with me and went over the damages. Within a couple of days I had the estimate and the car was ready in a week or so..They updated the work being done every couple of days thru texts until the car was ready. The same owner extraordinare walked me out to the car when I got to the shop and went over every last detail. The work is guaranteed for the life of the car!! The repairs were perfect!! What a great job!! Sooooo highly recommended!!!!
