I recently had a part go bad in my car right before I was about to go on a trip. Randy and the team went above and beyond to make sure I could get the part I needed in time. When they couldn't get it from their usual supplier in time for my trip, Randy personally reached out to another dealer, tracked it down, and got it for me — all while keeping me updated along the way. What really stood out to me was that he offered to not charge me the extra cost of sourcing the part from the other dealer, even though it was more expensive. My tire light came on right before going out of town for Thanksgiving and they got me in that same day and found the issue and fixed the tire for me. They've taken care of my car for years and I really trust them not to push unnecessary services. They even offered me a ride home when they saw I was walking home from the shop, which I appreciate and shows how they care about their customers. I can't recommend this place enough. I appreciate everything they did for me, thank you Randy and the Dynamic team!
