    Mr. Fred was great. The shop was backed up but he made it work. So far so good on the work with my car. I would go back in the future.

    I went to the Ellicott City location for an oil change. Tire rotation is included with the change. They come wheeling my vehicle around to the front stating that I was done. I asked them why wasn't my tires rotated. For my vehicle my lug nut is needed to remove the tires. Never asked for it. I even marked my tire that morning to b sure. I spent 2 and a half hrs in that place. They saw how upset I was and nobody never apologized or anything. Mind u I've been going to that location for oil changes for at least 8 years and this was my last damn time going there on Friday March 20th.

    I went early in the morning at the scheduled time, but the mechanic wasn't there, so I had to wait a while, but in exchange, I got a discount. The manager was friendly and nice
