  I unexpectedly needed to drive out of state and was already overdue for an oil change. I greatly appreciate how friendly and efficient the team was at Valvoline Ellicott City. Each team member had a job and there was no confusion or back and forth. Bryce was professional and I appreciated that he check everything for me, made his recommendations, but was not pushy. They also did all the standard checks and put air in my tires. I also appreciated that when he couldn't get the cabin filter in smoothly, he asked a teammate for help. Then, when the teammate had the same issue, they went and got a new filter. It's important to me that they didn't force the filter in, which would have been a concern for me. They deduced it most likely was a filter with a manufacturer defect (cut incorrectly). Valvoline is definitely more expensive and honestly, I wouldn't go without a coupon, but I appreciate how easy and fast the whole process was. This experience made my life 1000 times easier.

  I love this valvoline location. I don't even live in the area anymore, but I specifically drive 20 mins to this location because in 7 years I have never once had a bad experience. The staff are always kind, helpful, and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of/sold things I don't need.

  Brought my Audi there for an oil change to save some time and money and after a day or two I noticed a whistling sound coming from under my hood while accelerating, I thought it was normal and I might’ve never noticed because I always have the music on until I couldn’t take it anymore and went under the hood today and check to see that not only did they not put the screws back on the engine filter but my hose was still disconnected which both these issues could’ve cause major engine damage and my engine would run me about $30k that I don’t have… I’m hoping no problems start because of this… I did give one star because the supervisor was an honest guy and did his part, but the kid who actually did the disconnecting of everything obviously didn’t know how to put it back together and that is disappointing to say “your good to go” knowing I was not… this was my first time using this company and I think I’ll just stick with the dealer and deal with the wait time and fee for peace of mind..

  I would say that "satisfied" was fine. There was a little bit of a wait, and the tech tried to upsell me on an air filter and transmission fluid change, but that's to be expected. Good service as expected, and I was able to use a coupon though the app.
