They completed my Toyota RAV4 oil change, differential fluid replacement, cabin filter replacement, battery check, tire inflation, and light check quickly (in about 25 minutes) without rushing. I appreciated that they clearly explained the services and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. When asked any questions, Sulay was transparent about procedures and expectations. He was a standout employee: personable and went the extra mile. I'll definitely be back and will recommend them to my friends!

- LLLouis LenoffOct 30, 20251.01, I would give zero stars if possible 2, 1 feel I was lied to about the services offered. I drive an older vehicle. It has a minor pinion seal leak. It requires that I have the differential lube topped off about every 15K miles. In the Era before front wheel drive cars, such care was a standard part of a lube service. The Lie... I called this facility yesterday to ask if they would top off my fluid, fully expecting to pay a reasonable fee. I was told "Yes, we can do that as an add-on to an oil change" by the lady who answered my call. I arrived this AM and spoke to the gentleman who asked "what can we do for you today" I asked for an oil change and my fluid topped off. His reply " We only offer a differential service for $129.00". I explained my previous conversation with Valvoline. He apologized for the situation. In my opinion this behavior approaches a "bait & switch" As such, I will find an alternative oil change provider.

But it is never cheap to get work done and I get most maintenance there including all oil changes. I had a oil change just weeks ago and my low tire lights on 3 tires were on and I went there to get air in the tires. It has always been free fillups and air, but now it is a 10.00 fee. Just bothered me, will probably still go there. I feel their prices are very high, but that has always been ok till now
