Waited for 4+ hours in the waiting room, where's the discount for my time? Super disappointed, I thought since the battery replacment went well the oil change would too. Understaffed and didnt see my appointment, look elsewhere for oil change and part replacement. Ask around, super broke now thanks

Once the truck was up and old tire was removed, I was THEN told they couldn’t use my tire and I had to spend $200+ on a new one instead because it’s the only one they had in store. Otherwise I’d be truck less for a week while waiting for delivery since “policy” was they couldn’t put the old tire back on. I also paid over $200 for an alignment but my truck still drifts to the right just as bad if not worse than before. Basically spent almost $500 when it should have been $30 for what I actually got. And it took me 3 hours. Will not be returning.

The install took about an hour and a half. The results on my alignment was confusing because the caster on my passenger side front wheel went from a green 7.7° to a red 6.3°. idk how to align a tire so hopefully this is correct.
