  I got my new tires installed and my wheels aligned on 11/13/25 The older gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful even though they were very busy that day. The install took about an hour and a half. The results on my alignment was confusing because the caster on my passenger side front wheel went from a green 7.7° to a red 6.3°. idk how to align a tire so hopefully this is correct.

  My tires shipped from Tire Rack. Issues on my end led to them sitting there for over a week before I could get them mounted, balanced, and installed. The shop manger was patient and easy to work with and the price lowest in the area.

  I had a flat tire on Saturday in an area I wasn’t familiar with. I called Mr. Tire, and Fred, who was working at the front desk, immediately found a replacement for my damaged tire that couldn’t be repaired. He was efficient, professional, and had a wonderful attitude. I truly commend him for his quick and excellent service, and I would highly recommend this location.

  I had an excellent experience at the Mr. Tire in Catonsville, MD off Route 40! Fred and the entire team were outstanding — friendly, professional, and quick to get things done. Fred especially stood out for his exceptional customer service, clear communication, and prompt follow-up throughout the visit. The prices were fair, the work was high-quality, and I left feeling confident my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be returning for future service and maintenance!

  I made an appointment to get tires installed online. When I called to confirm the tires were in inventory, they had no record of the appointment. I was ordering Model X All-Season tires. I told the agent to be sure to get the Model X All-Season Tires, because there was just a plain Model X tire, and that was a summer tire, not what I want. When I dropped the car off, I asked again for the agent to confirm that I was getting the All-Season Tires. When I came to pick up the car, sure enough, it had the summer Model X tires, not the All Season. So there were additional days to wait to get the right tires. Also, the price per tire was significantly more than the website price, and they didn't include the manufacturer rebate of $50. They did correct it immediately. When I finally got the correct tires, the tire pressures were all wrong. The label on the car says 32 PSI. I measured the tires with two different gauges and they were 27, 34, 35, and 48(!!) PSI.
