  I needed a tire for my car. I had to have my car towed and I called a few places mr Tire and Ellicott City told me they had a tire for $89 . I gave them my make and model number over the phone. Tow truck driver dropped my car off and left and when I got inside they told me they did not have a tire for $89 it was going to be $400. After the tow truck driver had left . The whole deal was very shady and full of bait and switch I would expect better I will not be using Mr Tire in the future nor do I recommend you do either

  My visit was pleasant I was greeted in a professional manner. My wait wasn't long.They got me in and out. In no time ,I am very pleased with the work.Thank you very much!

  Highly recommend this Mr. Tire location! I called in and spoke with Michele, she’s a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. Came in for brakes and she told me about their lifetime warranty. The vehicle was done in a timely manner. Definitely coming back!!

  I had 4 new tires and new brakes installed. I want to give them more stars but overall It was not a positive experience. I scheduled an appointment online. I dropped my car off and expected to leave my car most of the day. I was called and given an estimate. I asked for a specific tire for my car and then realized on there web page they had a special buy 3 get one free. Even though I thought it was the same tire I was told that the special was a different tire not the one I had ordered for my car. Ok, fine. I asked since I am having a lot of work done can you offere any other discount. I was told I 'll see what I can do. Fair enough, in the end they could do nothing. Understand that, but I was also told, the place they order their tires from only send two of the 4 they supposedly ordered for me and the Roteers they recieved were the wrong ones. Because of this I was given a choice to either leave my car with them or pick it up half complete and come back another day to finish. I decided to leave the car. I was told that I would have my ar by 11 am the next day. Ok, When I called in the AM to check on my car I was told that the morning crew didn't know the status of my car. So being a bit frustrated I told the person on the phone what had happened. I was told then that this person was sick and had no idea what happened yesterday. Ok, but could I have my car back by 11 am? Not sure I will get back to you I was told. Ok things happen its life I get this, but the way I was treated like I was doing them a favor "it felt Like this" Since I had to call for updates no one called me to tell me what was going on, either missing tires or wrong rotors...Just seemed very unprofessional and not only that after spending a few thousand on the repairs and tires...well Not very satisfied that MR Tire's personel did notning to make things right. I have gone to MR Tire numbers of times and have always had decent respect and service. Maybe its just the Ellicott city location that is not run well or professionally. Left me thinking I would not go back and never again refer anyone to this MR tire. Sad how customers don't mean much these days. We pay and move on...well I will just move on. I hope folks found this helpful. This was a true, honest opinion and visit. Cheers
