  I had a good experience at this Goodyear dealership. Had worn tires with a screw in one that precipitated replacing all 4. I used my Goodyear card and received additional rebates. I'm happy with the service I received from Michele Reynolds and her crew.

  Goodyear store on Rt 40, Ellicott City has been my complete car maintenance, for 15 years. They are great for all work. Tires, oil changes and brakes. Michelle is THE MOST HELPFUL AND KIND PERSON. I really think she is the best there. Anyone who helps you , will explain all about the work they need to do . And pricing. I highly recommend this Goodyear .

  Woman at the front desk was very rude and had an uptight attitude. I went there to get a state inspection and wasn’t informed until I got there (after driving 40 mins. to location) that I couldn’t be serviced due to inclement weather conditions. Location definitely dropped the ball on informing the customer ahead of time.

  I have been going to Goodyear roughly 26 years. I've always used the Catonsville location. I was sent to the Ellicott City store a couple years ago because a machine went down at the Catonsville location. I was impressed with this location. I like the size of the waiting area. It's not tight and congested. I especially like that they're open on Sundays. The Catonsville location is not. My work schedule is hectic so the Sunday option is definitely an appreciated bonus. I have worked with Michelle, Bernardo and Dave. I have received excellent customer service from all three any time I bring my vehicle in. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have a good sense of humor. When the mechanics come out with an update, they take the time to break everything down. I appreciate their honesty when they tell me if a service needs to be done that day or if it can wait until my next visit. I would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location. This location checks all the boxes.
