Your front desk employees and technicians need to take customer service classes because your employees are rude. I normally go to Chevrolet for all my car work to alleviate problems like this, but I had no other choice but to come here today. I came in to get my tire looked at because I have a slow leak. I asked Michele how long it would be and WITH AN ATTITUDE she said idk maybe 2hrs but we can get it in. Now, if I gotta wait 2 hrs so be it im patient. But your “omg lady just sit down and wait” attitude towards me asking how long was the part where I felt offended. Yall should have FRIENDLIER people sitting at the front. And this why I hate coming here but like I said in the beginning…. Catonsville Goodyear messed up my previous car and lost my service. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Get ya employees in check starting with Michele and the older guy who’s at the front as well. I’m sure if they received the same service that I did, they would be writing a review as well. Don’t do to others what you don’t want done to you.
