  Kayanna and the whole staff were amazing! They seamlessly took care of my claim after my git and run. Everything from my rental and ensuring completion around my busy schedule...chef's kiss! Not my first time here...definately not my last! Great work, great service!

  Cristy was absolutely rude! I had car sent in for estimate to see if I need to involve insurance company. She calls and says I need to get insurance involved. I file claim and get a message saying car is totaled. Called shop to inquire about car. I asked what estimate to repair car was. Cristy told me that no estimate was done because insurance company totaled it out. I called ins co and they told me Gerber said it was totaled. Called Cristy again and she told me it was ins co. She said that they don’t do estimates on totaled cars. I asked how it was determined totaled if they didn't do an estimate? She lied and failed to accept responsibility for what she told me the consumer. When questioned about what she told me, became rude and hostile and hung up on me. Called to speak to the supervisor and she was even more rude when she answered the phone. Without me being able to ask any questions or talk, supervisor was rude, condescending, told me to talk to ins co and hung up in my face. She was rude, loud, and over talked me and wouldn’t allow me to speak. Customer service is horrendous and wouldn’t recommend because of the two ladies I spoke with, Christy and her “supervisor”! Because of those two, I will never take my car to a Gerber anywhere. This is coming from a person with a 50 car collection.
