They'll even claim parts that aren't actually broken are broken to get more money from the insurance companies. Their workmanship is terrible, and they don't care. Insurance companies need to be very wary of this company; they'll do anything to get more money. Don't take your car to the insurance company; I don't recommend it. (—0 Star)
- TTTraceyJul 25, 20255.0Simply put THANK YOU! I am getting beyond fed up with people in MD backing into parking spaces. Being from Northern NJ we just pull in and get out. Well, not down here. I can't tell you how many times people have hit my 2018 Subaru Outback. I have a very OCD personality and every ding, scratch and "injury" to my car is torture! I happen to notice today on the passenger side, it happened again. Now the ding and paint from other car was very small, but aggrivated me just the same and I will see it always. I needed to find a bodywork/collision place that had the compound to remove the white paint on my blue car at least. First stop boulvard Collision Hanover (Nice, but NO WHERE near the level of Gerber Collison & Glass) Honestly, surprised they are still in business. It was a random find off Google Maps. I was heading to Ellicot City and bam here came GCG! I am very aware of body work process on my car (and motorcycle). Ian G. knows his stuff! He adapted to my extremely high strung personality and was very professional! He got the paint off my car and gave me very sound advice. It's hard to find companies/people honest these days! Well, this place is excellent! Look you can't always make people happy. You are going to have the negatives to the positives. I can tell you this, his vibe and the lovely woman at the front desk are awesome! I know where I am going next time major damage is on my car! Ironic, I was telling my friend about my situation today and she goes "Oh I love them and that is where I took my car to get fixed not too long ago". We were both like NO WAY! LOL LOL!!! THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE I NOTICED! Thank you again Ian and as "promised" I put my 2 cents here on Google reviews. Tracey O., Odenton/Crofton area.
