  UPDATE: I returned my vehicle to fix the windshield wipers which were working incorrectly and to have it detailed for the smell. I'm happy that they were able to get me a rental so I could get back to work while I waited for my vehicle after I asked and detail the vehicle. However, I am disappointed in the lack of communication about the door handle strip replacement and extra time spent handling this issue. Hopefully, the issue with the windshield wipers are resolved and I will never have to come back. My vehicle was stolen and I took it here to be repaired . I got it back on 2/25. The thieves were marijuana smokers, and when I received the car back, the cupholder was full of ash and the car still smells like smoke. Customer service was okay though. I added of photo of the area after I had wiped most of the ash out of the cupholders, but there is still some in the cracks and corners in the photo left. Also, they did not replace the black matte detailing on the door handle as shown in the photos. Wouldn't recommend.

  I hit a deer on Dec 30. Needless to say I had extensive damage to the front of my 2017 Mazda Soul Red Cx5. This is multi stage paint - probably irritating to match. I took it into Gerber for an estimate. Ian (manager) walked around the car, discussed everything in detail, and entered an initial estimate - telling me it was low pending sensors, etc that they would look at in the shop. From there - all the negotiation was with my insurance company (NJM). Ian told me he would need 7-10 days to get all the parts, do repairs, and paint. The car turned out beautiful and well matched the existing paint. So happy! Why 5 stars? Because not only was the work excellent, but Ian was the most communicative service person I have dealt with. He called and texted updates consistently. Service and quality work are hard to come by these days!! I would, and will, highly recommend this shop for body/paint work!! Thank you to Ian and the techs who did a great job for me.

  Great experience. Ian kept me well informed of progress while my car was being repaired. They were right on time with getting my car back to me.

  Amazing experience. Ian was super professional and my car looks like it was never in an accident. Ian made sure I got regular updates and even made sure he left a message when I was unavailable to answer. 10/10 service.
