He was told they/we had no vehicle and there were no options given despite making a reservation several weeks in advance. The branch stated they left a voicemail the day before with my husband. None was received because they had the incorrect number on file. With 4 adults who'd taken time off work for the Thanksgiving trip, luggage and coolers packed and hotel reservations in another state where we were expected, there was no way to get another car on such short notice. No compensation has been offered, just sympathy with the message: "It's out of our control.". There has been no follow up from the area managers after 5 calls who've stated the matter has been escalated. This is first escalation on our part to make public this matter. Janice Ulrich
