  If I could give zero stars, I would. I have called this location 5 times and have been placed on hold for over 10 minutes each time and then hung up on. Two of those times, I could here whomever talking the background and slamming the phone before once again placing me on hold. I have yet been able to reach someone in the office about my reservation. This is my first and last time using this location.

  We called on a Monday morning, and a vehicle was delivered to me within 2 hours. Friendly employees.

  I was thrown inside a rental car because that was the only thing they had available after they called me 2 days back to back to confirm rental and insure me they had a lot of availability. I waited over an hour and half for pick up after keep being told the driver was 2 mins away 5 mins away 10 mins away to he completely forgot about me. The enterprise was 8 mins from the body shop of where my vehicle was located. At pick up of the rental i was told the previous manager that assured me the vehicle i was in would be completely covered taxes fees and price of rental per day and my deposit would be refunded back. At drop off that’s when all of the confusion begin… I was told 60%-65% of my deposit would be kept due to misunderstanding on enterprise end my insurance got involved twice two different reps (after making multiple attempts phones disconnecting on us hearing the workers answering and talking in the background disconnecting calls)to get the issue resolved to the gentlemen leading the branch now informing the agent he couldn’t do anything because the previous women was fired and he don’t know why she informed me such a thing. My insurance apparently resolved the problem but it’s day 7 after dropping off the rental and i STILL have not received my deposit in refund form. Highly 10/10 do not recommend this rental car location in ellicott city. Poor customer service no communication between staffing unprofessional

  DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Worst customer service. I reserved a car to go to the airport. I called a week in advance to make sure they will have an SUV that I reserved. I was told they would put a note in the system and it will be no problem. I go to pick up the car and am told to wait bc they are cleaning cars. After 15 minutes I go to ask how long it will be and they tell me they have no car. I proceed to tell them I have a flight to catch but they don’t care. The guys excuse was that they have 30 rentals and can’t take care of everyone. No compensation or nothing. They simply do not care. I’m running late for my flight and so stressed out. DON’T USE RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
