- OHOlivia Hafner3 days ago2.0About a month ago, I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. A man came out holding a dirty, leaf-covered air filter and told me it was mine and needed to be replaced. Since I’d been going there for years, I trusted him and paid $75 for new ones. Two weeks later, the same thing happened to my boyfriend when he went in for an oil change. Instead of buying theirs, he got new cabin filters from AutoZone. When he replaced them, the ones already in his car were completely clean- nothing like what the employee had shown him.

If you dare to deny them a service they recommend, they will raise their voice and treat you with blatant disrespect! I’m appalled at the way I’ve been treated. I regret being kind and giving them my money. They are overpriced, use the cheapest quality products and handle your vehicle with absolutely no care. Throwing tools around your engine and fist hitting filter covers when attempting to remove. I will never return nor will those I inform to stay away from this location!
