The upselling is relentless, the prices are outrageous, and you leave feeling scammed instead of serviced. You can even tell the employees don’t like pushing this garbage, but it’s clearly how the company trains and pressures them to operate. And that whole “15-minute service” promise? Total lie. Plan on sitting around much longer while they work the sales pitch harder than the wrenches. At the end of the day, this feels less like an auto service shop and more like a hustle. If you want honesty and fair pricing, take your business elsewhere.
