    We made a confirmed reservation more than a month in advance, arrived as scheduled, and were told no vehicle was available. No advance notice. No contingency plan. No attempt at accountability. The reservation meant absolutely nothing. When we questioned why a confirmed reservation was not honored, the situation escalated further when an Enterprise employee (Robert Estes) used profanity toward me. That alone should warrant immediate corrective action. After experiencing this firsthand, I reviewed other negative feedback for this location and found multiple reviews describing the same issues: reservations not honored, customers left stranded, and staff responding with dismissiveness or hostility. That points to a systemic management failure, not a one-time lapse. Enterprise markets itself as reliable and customer-focused. This location demonstrates the opposite — operational incompetence paired with unacceptable employee conduct. A company that repeatedly fails to honor reservations and allows staff to speak to customers this way cannot be trusted for time-sensitive or important travel. Until Enterprise addresses these recurring failures at a management level, customers should assume that a “confirmed reservation” offers no real assurance. Proceed with extreme caution — or choose another rental company entirely.

    I’m usually not one to leave a negative review. I understand that everything can’t always go as planned but I’ve given this place 5 chances now because it’s the closest one to home. This last experience was the final nail in the coffin. My wife and I reserved a car 8 months in advance and spent the extra money for a luxury car because we were going to be driving 3000+ miles and wanted to be as comfortable as possible. We showed up to pick up the car and of course they didn’t have it. The guy behind the counter said he had been trying to find one for us the last few days but then lied saying that it wasn’t his fault. He said that because we reserved through a third party site that they didn’t communicate with them and he didn’t know that he needed a luxury car for us lol. If that’s the case then why was he trying to find a car the last few days. His solution was to offer us a couple different cars that were 2 tiers below what we paid with no refund for the extra money spent. By now my blood is boiling and to get out of there as quickly as possible we picked a car. Then he says that there’s going to be a 45 minute wait because neither of the cars offered were actually ready to go yet. They still needed cleaned and fueled up. Now I’m furious. Who wants to show up at 9am ready to get on the road only to have to wait an hour because they are completely incompetent. Im the kinda person that expects to get what I paid for. Like I said in the beginning I understand that things happen but with enterprise it’s almost a guarantee that they won’t be able to deliver what was promised. I should’ve learned my lesson after the second or third time receiving poor service but I kept hope that they could redeem themselves only to be sadly mistaken. My advice, don’t waste your time and money here. From now on I’ll drive an hour out of my way to avoid starting any more vacations off angry. Avoid this lying cheating company at all costs.
