This week however I went in to pick up a small online order and one of the associates was working with someone on the phone and was the only one at the counter. I stood there and waited over 5 minutes being able to see at least one more person around the stock shelves to the right and I believe they may have been talking to another person. It was pretty awkward just standing there. You might think that the associate on the phone would at some point cover the mouthpiece and call for someone to come up and help me. I was the only one in the store. Finally another associate came up from the back area to acknowledge me and give me my order. I am going to give the team the benefit of the doubt and assume they did not see me there but you would think the associate on the phone would at some point cover the mouthpiece and call for someone to come up and help me.
