  ONLY LOCAL SHOP THAT REPAIRS OE TESLA TIRES. I’ve hired Bay Area Tire for many years. This was the first time I’ve needed service since they relocated. They’re still really good, and very fair. I came in on the busiest day before spring break, and they squeezed me in between appointments to repair a flat. Really kind people work there.

  Found their large selection of tires online and after some research, decided which tires I wanted. Since I wasn’t certain about my own morning timeline, I decided just to show up on Monday morning when I was able. There was no line and two customers in the waiting area. I met Andrew who worked with me to get my requested tires from another location. I requested they confirm alignment before doing any work since the dealer had performed an alignment recently. Picked up the car just prior to close. Andrew showed me that the alignment report was all green, and therefore didn’t perform an an alignment. I really appreciated knowing they didn’t just charge me for work they didn’t need to do. Andrew efficiently helped check me out and I was out the door in short time. That evening I asked my wife how the new tires felt. She said it was like driving a new car. The entire experience was refreshing and I understood why CR rates Point S in the top 2 of tire retailers in the US.

  I've been going to this shop since I've been driving, well before they were in this new location. The quality of service has never once dropped. They treat you like family and with respect. Maybe it's because I've been a loyal customer all of these years or maybe it's because it's just how they do business, but everyone I've referred to them has always had a great experience with a fair and reasonable cost. If you can't afford ALL your repairs at once, they'll help you prioritize what should get done now, and what can wait. Sometimes it's not safe to wait, though, and they'll be honest about that too. Very informative and knowledgeable staff. I trust them with all my vehicles and believe you should too! They are busy though, so try to give them some lead time so they can get your vehicle back to you in a timely fashion, but I'm always amazed at how fast their turn around is! I use the drop off box at night and usually tell them there's no urgency, but the work is usually done the next day or within the next several days. Never longer than a week.

  Time for an Oil Change? The sticker in my front windshield indicated to me like hey where nearby can I get my oil changed?? Called the dealership and they were charging $135.00. Call the Bay Area Point "S" "Tire and Auto Service located in Eldersburg Md and they were only charging me $87.49 with A Managers $10 discount took my cost down to Just $77.49 my tires were rotated for free. Air pressure was checked on each tire my washer coolant and other fluids topped off and All Point 23 of them were inspected by my Experienced Trained Service Technician/Mechanic. This was all completed within and hour or less. Would highly recommend the Bay Area Point "S". What's the "S" stand for No stress Service. Try them out your vehicles will be serviced and you won't be Stressed out with the time cost and experience found here .
