- HUHeten Uppal2 days ago1.0I got my transmission fluid change by them and asked them is everything okay with my car any leaks or something, they told me everything is good and no leaks and all. After 7 days exactly my transmission fluid started dripping and when i went there they told me that leaks are from engine. Afterwards i went to my mechanic from whom I always get my oil and filter changed and he showed me after lifting the car exactly that the leaks were from transmission not from engine. Then i again went to jiffy lube, to tell them but they said that this thing is leaking making excuses, telling me different problems. I have that the owner would be reading it. Thanks

Once I clarified the situation, they completed the rotation as requested. Bottom line: Jiffy Lube provides fast, competent service, but apparently some extra requests depend entirely on Reese’s mysterious judgment calls.
