  Fast in Serving you. Excellent customer service. Employees in general were super good to me. Definitely would come again if I needed a rental.

  The excessive text messages each day of the rental asking for modification or confirmation of the return date was unreal!!!

  The cars looked like the came from the use car lot down the street. I canceled my reservation and drove my own vehicle because I knew it was better than what they tried to give me. I would look at the inventory they have first before using them. I love enterprise but I will not be using that location again.

  I can't rent my car. Because my card won't read ask if I can transfer the money to my daughter account and she said no because have to be at my name what in the world if I have an employee that drop a sell like this mmmm. Is incredible

  I put 5 stars only because I’ve used Enterprise for years and usually have great service — one incident won’t change that — but this is what happened recently. I reserved a full‑size SUV in Edgewood, MD on 2/12/26 but was given a RAV4 instead. While driving to Ohio, I got a flat on the PA Turnpike and ended up on a donut. I went to the nearest Enterprise (about 3 miles away) to swap the car, but they had no vehicles and sent me to a tire shop. The tire was irreparable and no replacement was available. I then drove to another Enterprise (another ~3 miles). They also said no cars and told me to try another tire shop. With closing time approaching and over 100 miles left to drive on a donut, I insisted on a swap. Only then did they give me a Jeep Compass — another downgrade from my original reservation. They also couldn’t process it as a simple exchange and instead closed my first contract and opened a new one, causing duplicate charges for 2/17/26. I’ve always trusted Enterprise, but this experience was stressful and unsafe. I hope it’s addressed so it doesn’t happen to other customers.
