- DZDiego ZepedaFeb 23, 20261.0First off im on the side of the highway. My caliper bolt fell off. I call to make sure they have it and they said they do. I uber there and the lady searches up the wrong part and states “we don’t have it”….I have to tell her to search up the right mounting bolt part. She goes to give a quick eye look and states “we don’t have it” twice now. Normal person would have left by now but im stuck in an emergency. I was stubborn so someone else went to check and they found the bolt. First Lady showed no motivation to even help.

Sold me battery and installed it even though they were slammed and it was about 10 degrees outside! Will was great. An Asset to this location for sure. Thank you!
- KVKevin VaughanJan 18, 20265.0I went to AutoZone in Edgewood on Pulaski Highway January 12, 2026 to get a battery for my f150 truck. The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe his name is William. I ended up buying the battery and William cleaned the battery terminals and installed the battery for me in about 15 minutes. It would have took me much longer to do what he did. Thank you William

I am so glad that the time frame that I went into this branch and by the time I left, but KUDOS to SHAWN LEWIS, as well, as though roughly give and take, he took the time and frame to help me overall in the end once I got what I really needed overall and for sure, I will definitely remember a face next time or in near future if I go back to this branch specifically, for sure. Nice job Shawn.
