Getting an unexpected flat tire while visiting another state is no fun! Manager Keegan was very understanding and so helpful in taking care of getting a new tire on my car quickly.

The Mr tire in Edgewater has saved me twice. Last year, I couldn't find a specific tire I needed. My tire got them shipped and on my car in 3 days. This year, zach guided me to the best tires for our SUV.. The thing rides beautifully now. This ship is honest, prompt... You can wait if you want... And reliable. Don't look further

I order AT’s ended up with AT2’s. I kept them, but it was not what I wanted. I have used this store for years, different people now, not as good.

I've been going to this Mr Tire in Edgwater for years, they've always been great, especially when Rocco was there. I'm hoping my latest experience was a 1 off. I called ahead about dropping off a tire that they had mounted for me two months earlier that had recently developed a ghost leak (loosing air, no visible nails, no bubbles with soap). When I walked in, the guy working the counter told me I'd need to wait 10 minutes, he was visibly and audibly on a video group call with the district manager. Which is issue number 1, why wasn't someone else at the counter to help customers during a middle of the day call with the DM? After 3 minutes the call was ending and he asked the DM to give him a call. I then had to wait for another 10 minutes while he asked for a raise. During this 10 minutes the phone ran and he didn't answer it, he told the manager that he had only missed 6 calls that day. That's issue number 2, he kept an in-person customer waiting and ignored calling customers so he could ask for a raise. After finally waiting almost 15 minutes he helped me saying "Sorry that was the DM and my boss". I told him what was going on and he said they would look at it. He then told me it would be $59, and I asked what for? He said the repair, to which I responded they didn't even know what was wrong with it yet. He then said, oh yeah, depending on what's wrong that is what the price will be. That's issue number 3, he was setting the expectation that I was going to be paying $59 even though they mounted the tire 2 months prior. But whatever, I moved on. After a couple of hours he called me, told me that the tire would need to be replaced and they had it in stock, however the tire I had had foam in it to make it quieter, but his didn't, but it would look the same. I asked what was the issue and he said they weren't sure, they couldn't find any nails so they thought it might be the bead, but they didn't see any bubbles either. I said if it is the bead, then it is probably the rim and wouldn't putting a new tire on just cause the same issue? He agreed and said they would put bead seal on it. I asked why they couldn't do that with my current tire and he said they could. So that's issue number 4, he was clearly after whatever cost more, a customer shouldn't have had to point that out. So we were back to $59 for bead seal and a new valve stem, which I guess is fine. I'm still losing 1 psi a day, I'll probably just have Admiral across the street look at it.
