Then visited Bowie for the rotation and was given the same story, so I decided to go to edgewater yesterday. They told me the wait was long but come back any day this week and the rotation could be done. I come back 24 hours later and they then tell me the lift is broken and to come back the next day. Wasted well over an hour visiting this location only for them to tell me two different stories about why I can’t get a tire rotation. The people were nice, but I’m convinced they just don’t want to do a tire rotation at this point.
