I was extremely happy with my visit to the Mr. Tire. My wife got a hole in a tire and we went to another place that stated we needed to get a new tire as it could not be repaired and on top of it we needed 2 new tires with a balance and rotation. They could not get a tire for 2 days and I needed the repair quickly. I went to this location and they were able to look at the tire and said I didn't need a new tire and they could repair it. Chris and Zach were very friendly, straight forwarded and focused on the problem instead of trying to sell me more products. I will now start doing my car business with this location and not return to the other business! Great service!

DO NOT do business with these people. I ended up getting a flat tire while I was at work, went out and put a spare on. When I put my tire in my trunk the center logo cap was clearly there on it. I work right down the street from Mr. Tire so I left work early to get it changed. After it was changed I went home and noticed the cap was missing from my tire, so I immediately drove back. The assistant GM went back to look for it and said it wasn’t there. I insisted I know for a fact it was there as I changed it before I arrived earlier and clearly saw it on my tire. He then said their technician claimed my car came in with only two caps. This is a complete bold faced lie as all three are on my car, except the tire I specifically needed changing. I was then told to come back the next day and speak with the General Manager. I explained to him what happened and even showed him a picture. I took a picture of the back of my tire to remember what size it is and if zoomed in you can clearly see the back piece of the cap there. There’s also no light shining through the center hole as there would be if there was no cap on the front. He also went back to look and couldn’t find it. I also over heard him through the door saying to his technician “Well the problem is he has a photo” When he came back he told me he needed to speak with his assistant and would call me the next day about ordering another. That was yesterday and I still haven’t heard anything from them. This is absolutely unacceptable and no way to do business. Someone broke/lost my center logo cap and isn’t owning up to it. Then tried to flat out lie about it. Considering how much money I paid, replacing a center logo cap should be no problem for them. I attached the picture of my tire before it went in and one after. I understand it’s of the back but you can still see the back piece of the cap there when zoomed in. And again if it wasn’t you’d see light coming through as you do the lug nut holes. Never going back, if I could give less than one star I would.

Over priced, poor communication skills, 2 hrs to replace 2 tires. No extras. I was the only customer there that day. Ridiculous amount of time for bare minimum work. Tech left my car a mess. No care was taken at all. He broke my power tailgate. (It worked when I drove in). Now I need new struts. Will never go back here.

Horrible experience. A simple job, check alignment and air pressure in tires turned into a frustrating experience. I had to take the vehicle to another shop to get the work done properly. They said they did the work, I paid and drove off only to find that nothing was done. I brought the car back to them where the mechanic yelled at me, and the guy running the counter apologized but said there was nothing he could do. Horrible experience

I never write reviews online, but I wanted to after my experience today. I have nothing but great things to say about the hardworking people at Mr. Tire in Edgewater. They are honest, helpful, and incredibly kind -- even when the shop gets hectic. I needed my rear tires replaced after I got a flat, and though they could have up-sold me on a full set of tires, they did not; instead, telling me that my front tires were completely okay. They also made sure that I knew where my spare and all related parts were put in my car. I highly recommend Mr. Tire for your tire needs!
