NOT INCLUDING YOUR MATS TO BE WIPED OR VACUUMED. it’s $2 more PER MAT PER ROW OF YOUR CAR. the $15 only includes wiping of your dash board & vacuuming !! DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE MONEY HOMEY AND SCAMMERS. I am so disappointed. I cancelled my membership. I wouldn’t recommend this pls r to my worst enemy.

Instead, they damaged my vehicle and broke the casing on my rearview mirror during the wash. Their staff denied responsibility, claiming the damage wasn’t their fault. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I arrived, and their negligence and refusal to be accountable for damage to my property was extremely disappointing. What’s worse, they showed no concern for resolving the issue or making it right. I understand accidents can happen, but how a company handles them says everything. In this case, Mister Car Wash completely failed the test. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before trusting them with your car — especially if you value honesty and customer service.
