Should have been out back if he was...an older gentleman looked up a part for me one was a light bulb.....i go to look for it and i tell him thats not it....he does not know how to properly look stuff up.....left $250 worth of stuff on the counter and walked out...people make mistakes but he didnt want to look stupid in front of the younger employee....well i went upnthe street to Advanced and the customer service was night and day differance....sometimes you cant give your money to a location and have to move on...they have 1 realy good outgoing Black young man there thats great at AutoZone everyone else needs training in customer service
